Andy Streitfeld
Executive Producer

Streitfeld was working for an oil company doing training and marketing videos, when he saw an opportunity to start a business helping corporations communicate more effectively using video. Starting in a spare bedroom in his Bedford, Texas home, Streitfeld built his business slowly and carefully. As AMS expanded, Streitfeld added creative, technical and operations staff. The company moved into its first ‘real’ home at the brand new Dallas Communications Complex in Los Colinas, then to its first ‘theme park’ location in North Dallas. In 1996, AMS built its current home, known as ‘Hollywood on the Tollway,’ from the ground up. Along the way, Streitfeld built an Austin facility to serve the growing business down south. “It’s been fun and creative for the entire 25 years,” says Streitfeld. “I still wake up eager to get to work and see what projects we are doing. My newest challenge is to build the original programming department at AMS.”

Laura Neitzel
Co-Producer

Laura joined AMS Production Group as a part-time researcher in 2005, and joined AMS full-time in September 2007 after serving for nine years as a non-profit arts administrator. Her background as a paralegal and English teacher have come in handy at AMS, where, in addition to writing and producing her own documentary, Bodacious Boots, she has worked as an associate producer, co-producer, writer, researcher and music and footage clearances specialist.

Monika Watkins
Associate Producer

Monika Watkins, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, graduated with a film degree from the University of North Texas in 2006. Although a fledging producer, she has very quickly amassed an impressive production resume that includes work on several episodic television programs, and numerous documentary films. She is also an avid photographer.

Jessica Schoenbaechler
Associate Producer

Jessica is the coordinating producer/writer for AMS Production Group's The Art of Living Gallery and teaches video production at The University of Texas at Arlington. A former English teacher, she received the MFA in documentary production from the University of North Texas in 2006.
